Location is great

Cost of the rooms didn’t really equal the quality of the rooms. It was OK. You could tell some AC units are newer than others that are in different rooms as I had two rooms and AC units were different. Mine was a very old breakfast at the facility didn’t taste all that good taste like powdered eggs also room service. There was no information pertaining to it and then when I looked online, it looked like room service. The only thing they had was breakfast and only breakfast. They should really have better information posted. Also the pool was broken. The hot tub didn’t work.

My overall experience at Brasstown Valley was simply amazing! Staff were friendly and welcoming, food was very good with great options, grounds are nice and well maintained, rooms are a little dated but are clean (signs are posted highlighting upgrades in progress which is really nice). Spa was great too with awesome staff and service. The ambiance throughout this place and its history is fantastic! A little pricey but I enjoyed my birthday weekend getaway. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful place.

It's ok. Beautiful on the outside, run down on the inside. Opened in 1995 and most of it still looks that way. Tired, dim rooms. Our shower had a huge crack in it which water is probably just going behind and creating a bad issue behind wall. Water pressure was awesome though. Pool needs to be refurbished. Many areas are in need of paint or wood is rotting. Golf course looked nice. Did not try the spa. Food was good at Brassies. We really did enjoy our stay and the staff was great. The price of room just was too much for the quality.

Architecture & landscape

Main stair had risers that did not comply to building code, a safety hazard.

It was clean and beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful

Pest control needs to come out as we had to kill a large roach.

The service was excellent. I would say the hotel needs a little refresh. Rooms are getting a little tired and worn.
