Food and Beverage Manager Shanna helped with a special dinner plan for our octogenarian birthday celebration. She gave us a special outdoor space for 14 adults with heating arrangement. Our waitress Brooklyn was awesome, great demeanor and excellent service.

It took me 2 days to get to talk to the restaurant manager Shanna. I kept calling and leaving messages and was frustrated at not getting a call back. We were a group of 14, celebrating birthday of a friend who turned 80 and we did not want to go for a buffet dinner. I had to be patient and persistent until I was able to reach the manager and then she took care of everything.

We have been going here for YEARSSS , usually nice , we go every Xmas , have gone this dec and again last week Jan and both times very disappointing they are defiantly slipping and needs a little TLC all over From the drive up , they Valet offered ZERO help taking luggage out and in, just watched us and stood there literally? so weird.... They did not have our fireplace room that we ordered.. oh well sorry., ? sheets are VERY stiff and scratchy always, and bed not great.... (December) came up again last week Jan just for a little over night get away , again Valet watched ... we wanted sit by the fire read , there were a ton people with a boom box blaring all night in lobby with COOLERS of their own liquor.. never seen anything like this.. Dining room closed for dinner, , again sheets horrible and bed .. ran out wood in big lobby .. and the worst went for breakfast in am cant even begin to explain this buffet service.. nothing on buffet? Frosted Flakes , few bacon, cold oatmeal? and when I asked for some hot milk I got cool milk and egg white fried I wish I had a picture, she dropped me a BOWL with a runny brown size of a quarter sometihing I asked "please can you redo this week done and MORE , she dropped the SAME thing again and walked away .. , the fruit on buffet was soggy gross,, and then gave us bill of 35 for two buffet , my husband ate a cold box Frosted Flakes,,, I have NEVER seen anything like this.... we left and wont be back..

Restaurant was understaffed resulting in lengthy delays.

The breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Trails were nice and everything to eat outside of the property was about 15-20 minutes away. The mountains were beautiful. The staff gave great directions after the wedding we attended up there to get back to the from to get to our cars. And the staff for the wedding were so accommodating and warm. They definitely did a great job in assisting a wonderful wedding for my sister. The room on the inside was great. It was clean and well kept.

I booked for a king size bed and got 2 queen size beds. The king size room was more expensive so I spent more money and didn’t get what I wanted. Also all we saw was the parking lot from our room. Just didn’t get what I booked and there were none available even though the website said it was available when we broke it
