Die Lage

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Beispiel: wir haben erst am vorletzten Tag gemerkt, dass fürs Parken Gebühren verrechnet werden und zwar 28 Euro. Dies dafür, dass das Auto drei Meter neben dem Eingang im Freien geparkt wurde. Es ist ein Park mit vielen Parkplätzen und man hat gar keine andere Möglichkeit, da einem beim Eintreffen direkt die Schlüssel abgenommen werden. Ich habe dies noch in keinem anderen 5-Sterne Haus so erlebt, welches sich in einer Parkanlage befand sondern nur dort, wo das Auto in ein entferntes Parkhaus gefahren wurde. Viele Kellner, Zimmermädchen etc sind offensichtlich nicht angelernt und sprechen weder deutsch noch englisch. Die wenigen fähigen Mitarbeiter sind sehr überlastet und gestresst . Zimmer werden schlecht aufgeräumt und aufgefüllt. Das habe ich in keinem 4 Sterne Haus so schlecht erlebt. Wir haben zu dritt über 1000.-/ Nacht bezahlt, dafür erwarte ich ein anderes Erlebnis.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden oder konnte bestellt werden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und endlich mal ein Schreibtisch der nicht unter dem Fernseher steht, sondern mit einem schönen Blick in den Wald. De Lage sehr ruhig und entspannt. Wir hatten das Glück in dem Haus mit dem Spabereich zu wohnen. So das wir nicht im Bademantel über den Hof mussten.

Die Parksituation ist schon sehr angespannt. Für einen Parkplatz ohne Valet Service muss man schon eine Strecke laufen. Für uns, die nicht so gut zu Fuss sind, schon eine ganz schöne Strecke.
