Balate Dimora in Centro

Difficile d'accès avec des valises ,déception quant à Ragusa lequel au mois de Février est sans vie .Nous avons préféré écourter le séjour dans cette cité dont certaines zones sont sales et relativement mal fréquentées .

Persone cortesi e disponibili, ambiente molto accogliente arredato con buon gusto

Splendid vista. Letting comodissimo. Camera da bagno spaziosa. Bel arredamento.

Non ho critiche.

La struttura molto gradevole nella scelta degli arredi , carta da parati e posizione con una vista strepitosa

Nella ns camera umidità e un odore sgradevole di gatto o cane non so .. La colazione inadeguata , eravamo in quattro ( un uovo nel frigo , delle arance , quattro fette di pane contate .. torta iniziata .. il giorno successivo nulla di più )

Struttura situata in pieno centro e arredata con buon gusto . La mia camera aveva un balcone con vista mozzafiato su Ragusa Ibla. Camera molto silenziosa e pulizia impeccabile La colazione abbondante e con molta scelta dal dolce al salato. La torta appena sfornata era buonissima. Il personale molto gentile ed educato. Tutto perfetto Consigliatissimo

We arrived to no towels, garbage in the garbage can, the floor dirty, and after turning down the bed we found hair and dirt on the sheets which means that the sheets were NOT changed. We phoned the owner who bitched out my wife and tried to put the blame on us for opening our luggage on the turned down sheets. Seriously?? We travel quite a bit and never have been treated so horribly by the owner. The hostess (who was there when we arrived) tried her best to accommodate. Although, she did have a very scary dog in her front yard which kept barking in the night.

Clean sheets would have been good and no viscous dog next door to greet us. We also would have like to know how to get to the BnB without climbing stairs.
