Balate Dimora in Centro

Die bunte Ausstattung des Zimmers u Frühstückraums, Aussicht vom Fenster auf Neustadt. Fußläufig zum Domplatz in Altstadt. Altes Gebäude zweckmäßig gut renoviert (enges Treppenhaus).

Am besten nur notwendiges Gepäck vom Auto mitnehmen, viele Stufen u enge Gassen. Parkplatzsituation! Das anwesende Personal spricht nur italienisch, Kontakt zur Vermieterin wurde aber hergestellt mit Telefon.

La casa y las habitaciones decoradas con muchísimo gusto (y ámplias). No faltaba detalle. En la cocina un poco de todo para el desayuno y para tu llegada. Muy limpio. Destacar la amabilidad de la dueña para ayudarte en todo lo necesario. Excelente 👌🏻 Magníficas vistas desde el balcón, por cierto (un regalo despertarse así)

I loved the location. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous with the most amazing view. Gorgeous room, lovely hot shower - fantastic!

The apartment was lovely and spacious. We had multple beds and a nice bathroom and was very comfortable. THe host was attentive and I enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was simple and plentiful and the airconditioning, lighting and the windows all made the stayu very comfortable on the hot days. There was relatively little noise. I would stay here again.

The internet is slow- hitting consistent speed tests of 5-8mb per second download across the stay. This made watching movies impossible and I hotspotted on my phone on a number of occasions instead. I probably would have preferred to be a little closer to the main piazza. Also, don't listen to google maps directions. It took us up the side of a hill with steep stairs that, with suitcases, was dreadful. We spoke to the other guests and they did the same thing. It was a massive challenge. There was a much better pathway with few stairs and the host could advise people when they arrive to take that path.

We had a lovely stay at Balate. Our room was cute, with a small balcony and a beautiful view. We had a great sleep. The included continental breakfast was nice, and the location was excellent—close to great restaurants and just a short walk from Piazza Duomo.

All good! The only minor thing is that the property across the street has big dogs that bark when you walk by, but it was quiet at night and we slept very well.
