NH Atlantic Den Haag

The hotel itself was ok. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, etc. The service is not very good though. No one helped us with the luggage, they tried to enter the room to clean it even with my wife still in the room. When I paid using my credit card it was not returned to me and I forgot to ask for it. So I left it in the hotel when I left. I received an email saying I left my card like it was my fault and the front desk was not responsible. They offered to mail it to me and when I said yes they said they cannot guarantee it will arrive. I had to cancel the card.

The location is great, right next to the beach, next to many bar and restaurants. The swimming pool is very small, as well as the sauna and the steam bath, but better than nothing especial it's too cold for the beach in winter. The check in personnel wasn't very professional, the extra towel were also never brought to the room as they promised. The decor is also quite old fashion. The small pool was really our main reason to stay there.

Great location on the beach with walking paths through the sand dunes and a park near by. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved having a balcony off our room and the pool was great.

perfect base for travel in denhaag pokemon hunters all over the resort was an experience though !

Visiting our son and family. Loved the area,in spite of the influx of Pokémon fans.May well return with the dog,as the area is dog friendly and there are dog friendly beaches.

room was very disappointing; noisy during the day and because of being on first floor also noisy till late night and because of reflectings lights of outside advertisements it was as if you had to sleep with the light still on.

Lovely staff - especially those in the bar and restaurant . Quiet, calm and low key hotel situated right on the beach and just a short cycle ride away from the centre
