My coworker and I only experienced the restaurant, not the hotel itself, but the staff was phenomenal! Horacio was fantastic and always made sure we were taken care of, that we were happy, and that our glasses were full!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Just perfect.

The food. Just bad, not worth. Especially when there multiple nice restaurants around the corner. Espresso machine was also broken, so they couldn’t even serve a proper espresso in the morning

What a fantastic stay! I am a team member who really takes notice of customer service and stay experience, and I have to say I have never felt so welcomed to a hotel! Jeffrey, the front desk supervisor, was so kind to me and my Dad, even striking up a conversation about hockey with us. We were in town for our first Sharks game, we are diehard fans so this trip was very exciting, and our stay made it even more enjoyable. The rooms were big and well-updated, the lobby was modern and easy to navigate, and the Secco restaurant was beautiful! In the restaurant, Leo and Nancy made our breakfast fun and memorable, with such positive attitudes and wonderful smiles. Our food was great too. All around, we had an amazing time, and we will be back next hockey season! Go Sharks go!

Just had a beautiful Easter brunch here at Secco before seeing a show at the San Jose Performing Arts Center. Excellent service. Horacio especially was so kind and friendly and took wonderful care of us. Food was perfect as well! Validated parking was the cherry on top!

Front desk agent Paul really made my stay at this Hilton San Jose better than expected. The property is ideally located, clean, service standards are high.
