Overall it was great. My concern is when folks travel with pets. The third party booking system asked about pets, but did not include anything about a pet deposit. I don't feel like this is deceptive, just a glitch that needs to be worked out between the two companies.

Rooms weren’t clean even got a second room still smells and floors still unclean. Went to get deodorant from the front got some that was obviously used prior just nasty excuse for a Hyatt!

"Clean hotel, friendly staff, LOUD air unit"

This hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The room was clean, but awkwardly laid out. The air unit in the room was ridiculously loud and would wake us up when it came on throughout the night.

"It care of basic needs."

Please see the questions already answered regarding cleanliness. It was noisy from street racers. The shower dripped water all night. There was a stain on my sheets that made them look dirty. There was no lotion.
