"Cool hotel with great staff. "

This hotel was super cool! Felt like you were walking back into history then greeted by the most friendly staff. Perry was super cool super helpful and Hella nice. He gave some of his time to talk to us and share soame history about the hotel. The hotel room was enough for 2 people, lots of storage, cool little balcony where you can hangout and sip on a beverage while you people watch. The only thing that bothered me is the fact that the water in the shower didn't warm up very much. Now i think this was just my room. Cold showers weren't all that fun but for me that's not really that big of a deal.

This was such. great stay at a lovely, charming, quirky and historic hotel. It is in the heart of things, and handy for all NOLA highlights, but is still quiet and peaceful. Beautiful architecture, meandering passageways and interior courtyard with fountain, and a real sense of history. The staff are all lovely and Perry was a blast on the front office. I loved it so much. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in New Orleans!

Decent location and walkable, small room with no refrigerator or Microwave in best eating town in country .. no bar, or pool Pretty much a bed and tv.. AC blows cold though But not much else good to say

"Royal not so "

My partner and I decided to take a weekend Get-away. Everyone was pleasant. However, parking was a no go and based off the reviews. Yes, it's noisy and there is no elevator. As far as proximity to everything it was a decent place. Cleanliness was so-so. For the price we paid I think it could have been a little better. Evening Desk staff was so friendly and up beat he really made you feel welcomed. Thanks Again.
