Rapport qualité/prix (à condition de réserver tôt) Situation, quartier agréable, facilité de stationnement, accès aisé aux transports en commun Grande chambre confortable Amabilité du personnel

Le petit-déjeuner, minimaliste et qui ne vaut pas le prix payé Quelques lacunes d'équipement (brosse pour les toilettes, serviettes papier, ...) Des équipements vieillissants (micro-ondes des années 80) ou quasi inutilisables (moitié des chaînes TV irregardables par manque de débit; connexion wifi lente, capricieuse et exaspérante à force de devoir se reconnecter fréquemment; machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas)
