Liverpool Aigburth Sefton Park Hotel By Belvilla

Decent hotel in a good location in Liverpool near a lively park. We paid 10 pounds total to park in the lot for 2 days, very convenient. The glass restaurant was very nice and open for drinks after dinner. Breakfast was included and was a nice start to our days. Staff very helpful and friendly.

At £168 odd for a nite I'd say a complete rip off. Parking extra and breakfast. Aimed at tourist market who don't have a clue. I travel up and down the country week in week out. This hotel was worth £80 per nite max!

This Hotel is located overlooking Sefton Park and close to Lark Lane and GreenBank Student accommodation which is why we chose it. Very friendly service. Impressive building, needs some brushing up, but generally clean very comfortable room. Great breakfast room at the front overlooking the park. We will sty here again.

We were looked after extremely well and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Special mention to Rachel who did everything possible to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Will undoubtedly return when next in the area.

We booked our christmas dinner at this hotel for 2022 after having amazing times under the last ownership. Sadly communications have been non existant, the events co ordinator is never in or on holiday,and calls emails or visits to the hotel are ignored. They have cancelled christmas dinner due to lack of numbers ( not surprising) and now will not refund our deposit. Have also gone to head office and they havent responded either so having to claim refund via the bank. Wont be surprised if its closed down by christmas. Shocking

While it needs a refurb (which is in progress), this hotel has a lovely location and helpful staff. The breakfasts are good, and, while there is no evening restaurant at present, it is a ten-minute walk to a road full of restaurants. The lift is efficient and very necessary for our old bones! The view into the park is appealing.

My first visit to this hotel and won't be my last. Wonderful helpful staff, lovely room with WiFi. Secure parking if required love the views of Sefton Park. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to all who made this visit stress free.

I review on some very popular sites and stay at many places, now and again I stay for pleasure because I enjoyed it that much, this is one of those places, all you can eat breakfast helps, but a few things stand out, forward thinking staff, nice room layout, but most of all the view of a lovely park, gives that hearty fealing

My nephew and his partner were married there 28/10/22. The wedding was perfect, the staff especially Rachel were accommodating, helpful and respectful. However, when it came to the end of the evening and my partner and I took our things to our room we were both dissapointed. For £120 a night the room was dated and shabby. I found a hair clip on the floor that wasn't mine. There was a missing light bulb in the side lamp. The bed had to be remade ( as all the bottom sheets had not been put on properly) We both couldn't have a shower as it was dirty. It smelt, damp and felt cold. I would NOT recommend this hotel to stay as there are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.

This hotel is advertised as 'Liverpool City Centre' - but by no stretch of the imagination can it be realistically described as such. It is more than TWO MILES from the City Centre and should be identified accordingly.
