Luxor hotel Bella Vista Apartments and Hotel

When we arrived, the landlord suggested that we change hotel to Old Nile, which was a perfect hotel, very nicely situated, with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Our host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for Mustafa. He even drove to the airport to drop off my wedding ring after I left it behind!

The bathroom shower had a tendency to spray outside the bathtub and with no shower curtain this lead to water on the floor.

The breakfast is amazing and the view breathtaking

Mr Mostafa was a kind and friendly person. I would definitely recommend this accommodation at Luxor!

We had this app only for few hours while waiting for our bus to Cairo. Simple. Not so nice as in new building but ok.

We were in new building. App is realy big and comfortable. Nice balcony. Great terrace on the roof, everything (except WiFi) was as it should be. Great place for dinner just round the corner. Highly reccomend.

Poor WiFi but we had airalo so it was realy not a big problem.

The staff were all nice and helpful. The host shared plans for sightseeing in Luxor and helped arrange transport for the various trips. The view during breakfast was nice.

We were placed in a different building (Old Nile View) instead of the hotel that we booked and we were not even informed until we arrived at the place from the taxi we booked via the hotel at 2am. The building was not what we had paid for so it was an unexpected surprise and could've caused issues if we decided to book a taxi independently as we weren't provided the address for the new place. While the building was ok, it wasn't the 2 bedroom apartment that I had booked (it was 1 bedroom with 2 beds). It wasn't a big issue since we only stayed for 1 night but would've been a bit frustrating if it was for a longer stay.

The Staff is amazing I recommend to talk with the manager Mustapha he suggest for u greats plans for the holidays
