Luxor hotel Bella Vista Apartments and Hotel

Everything was amazing. 1000/10 . The host, his family and the employees were so down to earth and helped us with anything we needed. Their home cooked food was the best we had our whole trip in Egypt. Mr. Mostafa is the definition of hospitality- not to mention he is an Egyptologist. He helped us plan our itinerary and we were able to do everything we wanted and more with the time we had.

The entirety of Egypt needs more wifi. Nothing about my stay was negative.

The host was amazing, we had an amazing tour of west banks with a driver he recommended, really kind and helpful with any question since it was our first time in Egypt. Room was spacious, clean, for the money you pay best you could get. The location seems kinda scary, but that’s Egypt, you couldn’t find better, it had a safe vibe.

The staff was super helpful and friendly :) Breakfast was awesome and the view at the rooftop was just stunning.

When it comes to taking care of guests, I have not seen anyone spend the time and effort like Mostafa. We loved the hospitality. Our flight from Cairo was delayed by 2 hours and still he was standing there with a big smile on his face. We are vegetarians and it was already 9 PM. We asked him to find some place for vegetarian food and he make a phone call. Little did we realize that we have amazing lentil soup, bread, vegetables, beans all setup ready by the time we reached the apartment. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We had asked him to arrange transport for 2 days in luxor and 2 days in aswan with one day going to Abu Simbel. Great comfortable cars with good guides were all arranged without any issue. We had a great breakfast and dinner at his house. We felt at home with family and we even learnt to cook from his family. The apartment was spacious and clean. It is a little far from the hustle and bustle of east bank but the hospitality makes up for it. Even when we were in Aswan, he constantly followed up with us to make sure that everything was ok. Overall, very satisfied with the stay

There wasn't enough wifi in the room, but this is also a general issue with Egypt as a whole given poor connectivity

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the public ferry and a 10-minute taxi ride to the Valley of the Kings. The hotel owner is very helpful with activities in Luxor and can assist with arranging day trips to Aswan and hot air balloon tours if needed.

The room was spacious but quite dirty. The bed linens and pillows were not clean, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean either. Additionally, the bidet sprayer in the toilet didn’t work. There’s no proper reception area, but Mustafa, who waits at the entrance, is a kind and friendly person.

Spacious, comfortable apartment, kind host. Communication was easy and fast. Good location, not far from ferries, but quiet. If you need help visiting the sites , you can ask the host.
