Clean and big

Breakfast was not provided the first day and poor breakfast the second. Just and egg and a bread, no drinks at all

The staff was very friendly and helpful Apartment was quite large

Wi-Fi was not reliable

Location wise it’s good and calm. The property had washing machine.

Beds were absolutely uncomfortable, I was constantly scared of falling off. The mattresses were really bad and uncomfortable. They didn’t reply to my messages where I kept asking for wifi as I had office work. If they had issues with wifi, they could at least reply. Wifi is basically on the ground floor outside their house and it doesn’t give the reach up until 2nd floor (obviously)

We had a wonderful stay in Egypt thanks to Mustafa, Omar and his family. They welcomed us warmly and helped us with everything we needed, always giving great advice and local tips that made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment is very large, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is much quieter and more peaceful than staying in the city center, which we really appreciated after busy days of sightseeing. Thank youuu:)

El alojamiento es un departamento completo, baño, cocina, refrigerador, sillones, cama, closet, etc. es super amplio y con vista a la calle. El anfitrión es muy acogedor, teníamos pasajes a las 14:30 y nos invitó a esperar en su casa junto a su familia y nos sirvió café (muy delicioso). Está al lado oeste del río Nilo, cerca de la av. Principal y del ferry público; valle de los reyes, vuelos en globo, etc. Nos permitieron pagar al día siguiente porque no contábamos con efectivo y también nos recogieron en la estación de trenes cuando llegamos en la noche.

Food here is nice. Mustafa- the owner is very friendly and he arranged very affordable tours for us to explore Luxor, which we really loved. The room was ver large and comfortable like an apartment with all we need.

Good hotel, value for money for budget travellers, very easy to find and close to the ferry port. The host Moustafa was very helpful and friendly. He helped me arrange for a full day car to explore the West Bank sites at a very reasonable price as well as helped to arrange for my transport to and from the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The owner was welcoming upon my arrival, which I appreciated. However, I was given a different room than the one I originally booked. The room was not well-prepared, lacked WiFi, and was located on a higher floor where I felt somewhat isolated as the only guest staying there. To be fair, the owner did offer to change my room the next day, but I was out visiting sites all day, so I didn’t get to see if the new room was any better. On the morning of my departure, I called to ask about breakfast since it wasn’t mentioned to me upon check-in. Although I called slightly after the serving time, the owner was accommodating and said it was okay. Overall, while the hospitality was there in some aspects, the room switch without prior notice, lack of preparation, and missing amenities made my stay less comfortable than expected. There is potential for improvement in communication and room readiness.
