The rooms and furniture need to be updated

Clean and very good customer service

Breakfast was good and consistent. Rooms were clean. somewhat understaffed some mornings.

Only 1 person there, doing everything. Not fair to that person.

The location was not terrible

I want to provide an honest and professional review of our stay. Upon arrival, I requested a bottom-floor room due to the property not having an elevator. Unfortunately, this request could not be accommodated. When we reached the top of the stairs, there was loud music and clearly audible sexual noise coming from another room, which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. Inside our room, several maintenance issues were immediately apparent. The towel holder came completely off the wall while simply removing a towel. The bed frame has exposed metal flashing around the bottom, which is extremely loud and hazardous if accidentally hit with your foot. Additionally, the toilet was missing necessary hardware, making it feel unstable and unfinished. Overall, the lack of consideration for accessibility, noise control, and basic room maintenance significantly impacted our stay. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
