Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gresham

The location was fine, but that's about it.

The staff were absolutely rude, we weren't given any kind of wi-fi password, and the overall comfort of the hotel was meh. Also, we could hear very clearly hear the people from other rooms.

The value and cleanliness are top tier, the only thing to complain about were other patrons being loud in the hallway

Everything was great

Wish the hot tub was a bit hotter

the jacuzzi tub was very nice. the place was clean and quiet

the exercise machines were broken and the space was so crowded they couldn't actually be used. The breakfast was really sad. old apples, a waffle machine, muffins, yogurt and cereal. Housekeeping kept forgetting to refill our shower bottles of shampoo, etc. even after we had to call.

Location

No elevator. Night manager a bit hard to understand. Tiny bathroom. Poor maintenance: chipped toilet seat, no bathtub anti-slip mat, hair conditioner dispenser empty, sink drain very slow, electric outlet by bed exposed without cover, no rain gutters on covered parking. I
