Nice and clean. Enjoyed the hot tub and breaksfast

I called the hotel on Saturday night to speak to an agent and they never picked up. Called again Sunday morning and informed them we would be checking in late due to unforeseen illness and would need to change the name on the booking. When we arrived to check in, they had cancelled the booking and not properly changed the name. When I requested a refund due to the cancellation, I was informed that the woman never documented our late check in so we couldn’t receive a refund. Staff training is clearly lacking, beware of changing any details about your stay.

Newly renovated, so no complaints. Climate control was responsive and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind and free breakfast is always a plus.

The hotel was clean and has enjoyed a renovation recently. We stayed so we could visit with our son who attends college near by. I didn’t have a lot of expectations, but this was a pleasant surprise and we will always stay here when visiting in the future. Visiting in the future

Location and pool were good.

Temperature in both rooms was not good- started off the evening cold, then was hot and then back to cold. Thermostat on wall was set at 70 and not adjusted. Terrible for trying to sleep, etc.

Would definetly stay again!

Easy and hassle free. Great place to stay. Great location.

The beds were comfortable

First there was NO toilet paper in the room. Then go to get in bed, there was a huge like hot pink STAIN on the comforter. Then in the morning taking a shower NO BODY WASH AT ALL IN THE BOTTLE.
