Wouldn't stay here again. Staff is very nice. However, we are here for four nights at 90+ degree weather. Pool is green and unusable. Requested that they service pool for three days now. Still green. Said they've had issues all summer. Fix it! Cable tv has been out for approximately 18 hours now. No orange juice at breakfast. No room service or cleaning unless you request it. I'd stay elsewhere.

My experience matched those who have left one star reviews. Stayed in room 114 on 8-27-24. Bit on an odor. Probably carpet which was so filthy my white socks were black in minutes. Light bulbs out. Shoes stuck to bathroom floor. Etc. Stayed there in early June. Had my normal Hampton good experiece. SUGGESTION: ask to see your room before checking in. If you choose to stay there.

Spouse and I stopped here traveling home from Niagara (via Detroit) Booked room via Capital One portal (Hopper) to use credit. While nothing was said we did get a less desirable room. The first one off the lobby. I could stand in my door and wave to the folks eating breakfast. Not sure if because we used OTA or just our luck but the inn was not crowded and the lobby was quiet so we didn’t ask for a change. Room was very recently renovated (hotel is currently under Reno) and very nice. Wife didn’t like the bed or pillows but I liked both. Included breakfast was good. All the usuals and pumpkin spice waffle mix plus several add ins. Price was $96 plus tax so an excellent value.
