Very grumpy man behind the front desk. Room was far too hot and no window or A/C.
Pros: Good location - within walking distance from two metro stations in 7-10 mins. Good and aesthetic area with extensive restaurant and catering options. All receptionists in the week were friendly and helpful and well trained. Had our room changed on first day as it didn't have a safe as advertised. Breakfast was very good value though you must start at least one hour before it closes to make the most of it (at €12 each). Note: it closes one hour earlier at 10 am on week days. The breakfast choices were extensive as you would find in the two popular UK bed and breakfast hotels. My favourite: frozen yoghurt with choice of nuts and fruits. Attractive bar area with a drinks "happy hour" from 5pm-7pm when beers are at 50% discount. Cons: Very little wardrobe and clothes hanger space. We had to leave most of our stuff in our luggage. The bathroom floor is raised, creating a health-hazard step. There wasn't a kettle or fridge in the room so any hot or cold drink has to be paid for from the bar and relafively expensive.
I really enjoy staying at the hotel. Everytime I go to France, I stay at this hotel as it is very convenient from the train station, it's clean, the staff is nice and extremely helpful.
We had two rooms for 5 guests on a family visit to Paris. We found the hotel to be in a very convenient location to explore Paris with the metro close by. Staff were helpful and rooms cleaned every day. Very satisfactory stay.
Room was very dusty, toilet seat unstable, hotel staff hung-up on me when I spoke english. Also FYI the hotel does not offer a dry cleaning service. I booked this hotel based on previous reviews, lesson learnt I guess on not taking reviews for granted.
The staff were pleasant and helpful in person. The question I submitted by e-mail was ignored. The bedroom was cold, and they only provided one blanket. I was alone, so I was able to fold it to double it up and be comfortable, but if you had two people they would have been too cold to sleep comfortably.

Rooms were comfortable, got free street parking, close to metro for heading straight into Paris City Centre rather than driving. Great value for money.
Location is good and its not too far from Eiffel tower and shopping mall
