A budget experience.
Friendly welcome at Reception, a very clean and comfortable room (although overly warm) and a good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Also, the Hotel staff did a fantastic job in location my daughter's lost soft toy, which was awaiting us when we visited again a week later!

When I booked my stay for the Triple Superior Room the images showed a big room with stairs and very spacious. However, when I arrived I got a SMALL room with 3 beds in 1 single SMALL room. I went to complain that this is NOT what I booked. She said the images were wrong and the Booking Site had messed up. Point is, I was VERY disappointed. Some of the staff were rude too. They would not greet us when we walked in or out and I felt very unwelcome. I will NEVER stay at this place again. I do NOT recommend.
It was relatively cold for Paris on the night I stayed. My room was rather cold and the heater in the room was ineffective. The bar area was also rather cold and there was ocndensation dripping from the glass roof onto the chairs
It was winter and they had the nerve to not turn on the heat at night, it was very cold!
We got there and there was no Air Conditioning. So they change my room to another one that had a window to leave it open and not feel too hot. I just couldnt understand how there was no ac and hotel staff dont have a way to control it. I had to move to another hotel because it was too hot and I have two little kids.

Excellent for the price !! Outside Paris and Metro within 5 mins walk ... white crisp sheets and lovely beds, very clean .. great breakfast !
