"Really verey bad stay"

I disagree and on top of all the uncivil and old furnishings that are unlike the photos (for example, the torn curtains, the below average kitchen, [link removed]), I paid you guys 100 CA dollars for insurance which I have been told would go back to my card today and nothing came in yet, even worse, 11 CA was just deducted and I HAVE NO CLUE WHY ?! I have pics of all the damage and proof of everything I said And if I don’t get my 100 $ and the 11$ back I will be taking action

front desk staff was ok .

poor tv reception , noisy bathroom fan, poor AC and noisy , very dirty and scary stairwell. noisy guest from other rooms , building is old and needs to be torn down
