Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to welcome us and our pets!

No complaints…it was inconvenient to have to log in to WiFi every day of our visit. And the outlets and lights were only on one side of the bed. Both sides would be nice for charging phones, reading and setting an alarm

We stayed here this weekend using Chase’s The Edit program. The staff was well-versed in the details of the program, even though it’s fairly new. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite, spoiled with bubbly and chocolate strawberries (celebrating an occasion), enjoyed early check-in, great breakfasts and cocktails, evening social hour with complimentary wine, and the holiday decor in Miracle, and the hotel in general. Beautiful property and excellent location. Michael, at the front desk, was exceptionally helpful and kind. He really deserves a special shout-out. The entire staff was great, though. Can’t wait to stay here again!

After a long drive, the nicest spot to stay. From the start with doorman Akililu, who helped to valet my car and make me feel at home right at arrival. His service and warmth is one of the reasons I would return here. Additionally, beautiful view of Boston over the river and a well needed rest.

We had such a great experience celebrating my son's birthday at the Kimpton Marlowe, and the hotel staff could not have been more kind and attentive. Sam and Matthew went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and even threw in some extra surprises like a gift for the birthday boy. The room was lovely, the restaurant delicious, and the atmosphere perfect. We will definitely be visiting again!

Quando chegamos no quarto o toillete estava entupido. Chamamos a manutenção - vieram mas não resolveram o problema. Tivemos que chamar novamente - vieram com outro equipamento e resolveram o problema. Deram US$60 pelo inconveniente. Cobraram uma taxa de leisure de US$30 por dia, que dava direito a biccletas. No dia que queríamos usar não tinha mais bicicletas! Quando chegamos de carro não nos informaram de um convênio com o estacionamento. Ao final eu paguei o estacionanemento mas o hotel também me cobrou. O hotel ficou com acesso ao meu cartão de débito e começou a cobrar e devolver quantias aleatórias. Tive que ligar 2 vezes para reclamar e mesmo assim não resolveram o problema. Nunca mais vou voltar a esse hotel.

As a Hilton Diamond and Marriott Platinum member, I’ve stayed at many top hotels but the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts has quickly become my new favorite. The rooms are elegant, spotless, and comfortable, with stunning views of the Charles River. The staff went above and beyond with warm, genuine, and attentive from my check-in especially Matt and Sam at the front desk. Plus, the location was perfect and peaceful yet close to Boston attractions. In addition, the Bambara Kitchen & Bar offers fantastic cocktails and food selections that truly impressed me. Every detail by the staffs made my stay memorable. The Kimpton Marlowe delivers luxury with heart, and I can’t wait to return.

Very good, well designed modern hotel which manages to make public areas feel intimate and private areas spacious. Excellent staff and great location both for public transport and those with cars. We had a lovely room overlooking the canal.
