Hotel was nice, clean walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The staff here is excellent. So helpful. I will try to stay here every time I'm in Boston

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I attended the daily Mixology class at 5 PM (included in the amenity fee), which was a fun experience. The bartender—who was very nice, though I didn’t catch his name—prepared a cocktail and shared some interesting tips on mixing drinks. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The view from the rooms on the 8th floor were amazing. The restaurant, Bambara, was phenomenal; and the staff there were exceptional. I don't think we can stop raving about the coffee; my wife and I fell in love with it. The front desk were prompt and professional and very easy to work with. We enjoyed being able to use the hotel's bikes *with* helmets!

The bathroom did not have a fan and was located on the same wall as the bed; there wasn't much privacy between these locations in the room. The lack of fan made the bathroom steamy. The closet in room 820 was particularly narrow; it was hard to share the space with my wife. The N'spresso machine was a nice touch, but could use a small placard to explain its use.

The very best hotel on our tour of the Northeastern states, and we are happy to recommend it! We found The Kimpton Marlowe to be modern and spotless, our rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were impressed with all the amenities the hotel offered. Facing the inner courtyard, our rooms were quiet, which we greatly appreciated. The staff both at the front desk and the restaurant were very kind and accommodating. We had easy access to our car in the basement below, and as two of our suitcases were lost be the airline, the mall next door was a bonus. In our view (European tourists) a minor downside to the hotel was the location. Walking to the interesting parts of Boston was a bit uninteresting as we had to cross several roads with a lot of traffic.

Great

The Marlowe is a great hotel sitting on The Charles with a great view of Boston, especially Beacon Hill . Walking the Charles is something everyone should experience. Walking over the Longfellow Bridge is an experience we should all be able to talk about The rooms are nice and updated. The concierge will guide you on getting all the information on Boston and Cambridge historical attractions. Last time I checked, their rates were too good to pass.
