"Convenient and cosy stay, good nights sleep, excellent breakfast."

Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was fantastic, and the second room was quiet and cosy. Short walk to the Crown for a good evening meal. a Good nights sleep on comfortable bed and duvet.

The first room was a bit noisy in the early evening from the road. The shower was pretty tiny in the second room.

A really lovely home and a very comfortable room, although a small desk would have been great in the room. Unfortunately, room 2 faces the main road and it was exceptionally noisy. Although I believe the windows are double glazed it did not shut out the noisy road and made for a very disruptive sleep. It would have been good to know this when booking.

"Good location, plentiful parking but a basic stay for the price charged."

Convenient location and the option to book on a room only basis due to needing to leave early in the morning. Smoke car parking. Great shower.

The heating was not on at all during our stay so the room was very cold. Every door handle in our room (room 2) was loose. Bathroom door hit toilet every time you went in. I had asked when booking (4 months in advance) for no feather bedding due to allergies. No reply received until I chased the weekend before my stay. Even then, the bed had feather bedding which could have caused a dangerous allergic reaction. It was changed upon request but this should not have happened.

"Lovely stay at Poplars Farm B&B"

Very friendly hosts. Good, quiet location, easy to find, loads of off road parking. Fair size room with coffee, tea making facilities. Very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was optional. And we're glad we booked it upfront as it was delicious and there was plenty. Definitely would recommend and without a doubt would stay again.
