Great breakfast, comfortable bed in a very warm room.

Bathroom facilities far too cramped, this looked like a converted wardrobe with a shower you couldn't even wash yourself in - 18" x 18". Entrance to the wardrobe/bathroom was a trip hazard. Kettle had fused extension board and wall socket due to leaking water from base and handle so we were unable to use it. The £15 charge for breakfast was more than the advertised £10 on the booking website.

The place was clean and convenient for my purposes

The place was in relatively poor condition and is in need of renovation. Poorly functioning doors, no mixer tap on the sink, poor glazing and the like need upgrading.

The location in a beautiful English village. The house and rooms are very comfortable.

The bathroom / shower is a little small but clean. Also a shower door might be better than a curtain for hygiene purposes.

Beautiful conversion and very clean and comfortable. Lovely dogs. Helpful hosts.

Only downside is noise, could hear traffic from my room and I’m not used to that any more!
