We really enjoyed that the hotel is pet friendly for a low fee. The only "complaint" would be there are some of the outside areas in the back of the hotel that could use additional landscaping.

At 12$ a day parking seems excessive,otherwise everything else was great.Very friendly helpfull staff and the room was excellent for our needs.

Was trying to get away and work for a couple days. Ended up hanging out in room quite a bit and it was definitely comfy. Bed was sweeeet.

Breakfast quality exceeded my expectations. Location was close to my event.

Barking dogs a bit excessive.

Being so close to the Palladio is very convenient for shopping as well as dining options. It was also a simple commute into Rancho Cordova where I needed to be daily. What bothered met the most about this property is the following: 1. Cleaning every 3 days and I was there for 3 weeks. 4 times no coffee was restocked and twice no body wash was restocked. 2. They charge $12/day for parking. I know this was not on Expedia when I was looking. However it is there now. That being said, its absolutely ridiculous to charge for parking here. It's not like it's San Francisco or something like that where you need to be concerned about the lack of parking. Parking should be included in the cost of the room. 3. They told me they would only charge me for 3 days of parking since I was there for 3 weeks. However, when I checked out, they charge for every day. So far, have not receive a credit requested. 4. They are a pet friendly hotel, which I am fine with. However, they should have a policy that pets cannot be left in the rooms alone. I had a large dog that sounded like a german shepherd or similar next door that was barking all day for 3 days. Driving me crazy. I called the front desk and they tried to get hold of the guest and were unable to. This happened daily for 3 days and apparently the management was more concerned about the owner of the dog than the fact that other guests were interested in peace and quiet and relaxation while there and all round that room.

I loved everything about this property! The environment is very beautiful and the staff make it easy and the rooms are modern and clean!

Lovely and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and perfect for resting or work. I loved the complementary breakfast and the staff were absolutely fantastic. They held my luggage at the front desk after I checked out for a couple hours as I had some things to still do in the area.

Not a big deal but a couple outlets didn’t work which wasn’t a problem for me.
