Americas Best Value Inn Three Rivers

This room had a sink and counter in the middle of the room between two beds. The carpet was wet a foot out from the mini fridge. Blow dryer was dirty.

The room was very nice. I liked the layout. The kitchenette was perfect, my friend was able to cook a great meal.

It was not really "clean". There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The mirror was so messy, it was difficult to see yourself in. And a nasty roach (you know they don't travel alone)

The location is good. The rooms are spacious enough.

I did not know that I had to deposit $ 100.00 which will be given back to me if items in the room are intact after checking before moving in. I think next time customers need to be aware of that so they can prepare adequately.

Was a good stay for what I needed. I would stay there again. Quiet.

This hotel is the only one of the 3 in the immediate vicinity that has an automatically opening from entrance which makes bringing the luggage in a lot easier.

I did not like holding additional $100.00 dollars on my credit card during out stay. Then when we checked out it would be credited back. But the person at the counter said it could take two to three days.

Didn't offer breakfast.
