Americas Best Value Inn Three Rivers

Despite the repeated confirmations and reminders from Orbitz, the hotel insisted they did not have a reservation for me and my two children. They would not honor the price at which I had made the reservation and would not accept the Orbitz confirmation code I had as proof of the reservation. I ended up having to pay significantly more for the same room. Horrible.

The price is excellent. The rooms are quite large.

The breakfast was just cold cereal and milk. I’ve stayed here before and there used to be many more choices.

Breakfast was "suspended" during the time hotel was booked full. Mattress on the bed in the couch is covered in some fluid, maybe blood. Springs popped out of it during unfolding, posing a hazard. Throw out the couch, seriously. The shower is missing a shower curtin.

Location is great there's plenty of places to eat Mjiers shopping store the gas station across the street I got my deposit back right away and they were very nice to me so was anybody I walked by in the hallway.

I liked having a separate bedroom and the bed was very comfortable.

Floors could of used a good mopping and for some reason the continental breakfast was canceled.

The location was great. The TV was easy to work and the bed was very comfortable.

It is a very old hotel and much needs to be updated. The cracked windows were taped with packing tape. Could use a shower curtain liner, so the shower curtain could stay clean.

The sink pushed water back up, it had only cereal for breakfast. & the juice wasn’t clean.
