Americas Best Value Inn Three Rivers

The beds were comfy. Having the fridge, and microwave were nice. The space in the room was awesome.

When my girlfriend and I first walked in the first thing we noticed were three cockroaches on the bathroom floor, and the bed sheets had stains on them.

It was ok. Clean and quiet Outdated. Needs minor freshening up

I had reservations & the 1st rm they showed me was not good & had a bad smell. So they showed me another rm, which I reluctantly said ok, but I decided to go look at the '8' around the corner & it was so much better for the same price. So I went back & asked for a refund. They showed me another one on the 2nd floor, but I said I don't want to stay there & insisted on the refund. (He said they had a pipe burst, probably was what caused the bad smells.) I am very sensitive to smells & have asthma. So he reluctantly processed the refund which hasn't fallen off my cc yet. He was very nice, but just couldn't stay there. No comparison to the other one & I would go back to the 2nd one.

I liked the location. The room didn’t hav enough furniture in the space provided and the breakfast area was incomplete.

It served the purpose. No breakfast.

This place needs a makeover.

Was very clean and lit up so we can see in the parking lot. The lobby was very clean and they welcomed us right away. Very friendly. Our room was more than what we expected. Very nice.

I can really think of anything that I didn’t like.

Staff was great, bed was comfortable and things looked like they were being updated. We had a king suite. Cons: No usable closet or hangers (there was a huge area for one but not completed). The other issue was that the air conditioner had to cool not only the bedroom but a kitchen and living space. It took quite awhile for it to cool down on a very warm day. Price was reasonable, would stay here again.
