AC wasn't working, TV wasn't working, toilet may or may not flush, however they did provide a plunger. The place is an absolute dump. Find somewhere else.

The booking site lied about there being mountain and garden views, the hotel just happens to be near a mountainous area and I have no idea where it claimed there was a garden. It also lied about there being breakfast. The photos make the hotel appear more brightly lit than it was. I missed the photo showing the stairs, so it was a surprise getting to the property and having to haul luggage up and down stairs.

Not handicapped accessible. Difficulties walking on the steps

Just staid for the night - we were spending the night during the Cheyenne Frontier Days - no rooms in Cheyenne. This is good place to rest your head and get up and go the next morning. Close to interstate and clean. The price is fair for what you get.

Nothing, didn't stay

The front desk person said that he could charge up to$200 fur damage fee for my service dog! That is illegal. But he wouldn't budge, so I didn't stay.

Not much

Room was not cleaned properly, left over soap from the previous occupand in the sink. The toilet and had a loose seat and leaked from the wax ring. The carpet was worn and gross. Breakfast was a joke,
