Staff was extremely unfriendly. They are not dog friendly despite the ad saying they were. Carpet in our room was so dirty and smelly. Plus we didn't get the room we reserved. Paid for a king suite, but got double beds.

Nothing. The room had bedbugs and the staff was cranky. It was horrible. I did not stay at the hotel. They refused to refund me.
