Kahvaltısı avrupa ülkelerine göre gayet yeterliydi bence. Restorana bakan iki arkadaş var, her ikiside ilgili ve nazikti. Kendilerine ayrıca da teşekkür ederim. Çalışanlar gayet güleryüzlü. Resepsiyon olsun, kattaki görevli arkadaşlar olsun hepsi çok nazik ve güleryüzlü. Metro durağına çok yakın madridin her köşesine aktarmalı ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelin çok yakınında bir tane avm var, avm için de işinizi görecek kadar restoran, çok büyük bir carrefour var, yine aynı şekilde giyim mağazaları vs. var. Biz özellikle avm nin içinde de bulunan vips restoranlarını çok beğendik, çoğu yemekleri ve tatlıları lezzetli özellikle tavsiye edilir, ayrıca madridin hemen hemen her tarafında var.

Katlarda odalar birbirine çok yakın olduğu için diğer misafirlerin veya temizlik yapan kadınların sesleri çok fazla geliyordu. Hele ki oda temizliyorlarsa gürültüden durulmuyor. Bu otelin sevmediğim tek eksisiydi diyebilirim.
