La habitación es muy amplia y encontramos unos detalles de bienvenida que siempre se agradecen: hervidor de agua, cápsulas de café y leche, infusiones, galletas, palmeritas y agua. Además cogimos alojamiento con desayuno y era buffet libre y había de todo: huevos revueltos, champiñones, fiambres, panes, bollería, cereales, frutas, yogures, cafés, zumos, infusiones...

La cama no es muy cómoda y cruje en cuanto te mueves. La bañera necesita un cambio (estaba desconchada y la alcachofa solo apunta hacia un lado).

Ficámos 3 noites para a nossa visita a Madrid e Toledo. A localização é excelente, pois tem o metro de Alsacia a 3 minutos a pé, que nos leva rapidamente para qualquer sítio da cidade de Madrid (em 20 minutos chegamos rapidamente ao centro de Madrid). O bairro é acolhedor e calmo, sem muito barulho na rua durante a noite. Senti-me segura durante toda a estadia. O staff é amável e disponível para ajudar com qualquer questão. A casa de banho é grande e o quarto também. Cama confortável.

Pontos a melhorar: - Pequeno-almoço: incluíria maior variedade de frutas da época, todos os dias havia apenas melão ou melancia. De resto existe bastante variedade de comida entre pão, pastelaria, cereais, iogurtes, ovos, etc. - Isolamento quartos: A fechadura do meu quarto era possível de visualizar pelo interior parecia estar partido na porta) e ouve-se bastante o barulho causados pelos outros hóspedes nos corredores. Na primeira noite, no nosso andar existia um grupo muito grande a fazer barulho até à meia noite no quarto à frente do nosso (o quarto tinha mais de 10 pessoas lá dentro a conversarem muito alto)

The room was quite big and clean.

The breakfast buffet was poorly managed. Spoiled tomatoes were left on display for two consecutive days. Food items were not replenished promptly, and the staff reacted rudely when these issues were brought to their attention. The coffee was awful. We were required to pay a deposit for the safe key, but this was only mentioned after we specifically asked about it, which felt strange and unprofessional. In addition, we had to replace our room key cards every day because they repeatedly became deactivated, which was very inconvenient.
