Bottom level tub and shower nice bed comfortable i didn't care for getting checked in I put all the info but he had me start from scratch. He needs to smile he was gruchy

The location.

The room had an unpleasant odor. The carpet needs to be replaced. The air conditioner made loud noises making it hard to sleep. The stairway up to the second level was not made very well.

Bugs in the bathroom, smelled of smoke, door jam was gapped all around and my kids were walked in on without knocking by the pest control man who had a master key.

facility was a dump, water leaking in wall around window, huge cracks in wall near door, curtins didnt hang right, wouldnt close all the way. Room was TERIBLE went to front desk said couldnt stay in the room, he asked if we wanted different room, said no i wanted a refund, he said he gave me a refund, but it didnt happen, So i ended up paying for room but didnt stay there, DON'T waste your time and money at this dump.
