Everything about the hotel. Customers were loud, drinking and just put their trash on the walk way where my husband had to move them so we can go to our room. First room they gave us, heater was not working and it was 19 degrees (cold) they moved to another room and heater was good but the shower hot water did not work so we had to go shower at my cousin’s house. We told front desk about it yet nothing was done and they charge us for for full three days of stay.

Absolutely nothing. Booked online and said it was declined. Then they charge me on site or I am unable to stay.

You will hear all the trains and traffic all night long. Couldn’t sleep at all. Noise from A/C and fridge were loud and very annoying.

Horrible experience. Owner had no desire to support the guests in leaving. Owner lied to guests on multiple occasions. Breakfast sucks. Spend 20 mor dollars for the Hampton Nextdoor. When some guests asked for shoves because the owner had no intention of plowing the driveway, they were initially denied. I was as the last dig out and wanted to submit a bill for shoveling the parking lot, just so I could leave.

This motel is actually better than most reviews left im actually unsure why its rated so poorly cause the staff is amazing and they treat military personnel very well and offer a huge discount the rooms are clean and they do everything they can to meet your needs the management is actually really sweet
