Had a long day of travel and got to hotel a little earlier. Dominique checked me in went out of her way to accommodate and get me checked in early on a busy day. There were a few other guests asking the same question, if their room was ready.. the phones ringing at the sane time. Dominique was great and handled everything calmly & professional. Thank you!
