⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Melissa Turned a Good Stay Into a 10-Star Experience The Hilton Garden Inn San Leandro was exactly what I needed for my trip — clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The room was nice, the amenities were solid, and everything worked the way it should. Honestly, the hotel on its own would’ve earned a perfectly good review. But Melissa at the front desk is the whole reason this is getting a full five stars — and honestly, she deserves ten. From the moment I walked in, she set the tone with her warm welcome and easygoing attitude. She wasn’t just doing the usual check-in spiel; she genuinely made me feel like she cared about my stay. She was patient with questions, quick with helpful suggestions, and just had this calm, professional energy that instantly put me at ease after a long day. What stood out most was how personal she made everything. Nothing felt rushed or transactional. She remembered details, followed up, and actually took the time to talk like a real human being — which sounds simple, but it’s incredibly rare these days. We really can’t afford to lose the kind of personalized service she provides. People like Melissa are the difference between a hotel you stay at once and a hotel you return to. Huge shoutout to Melissa — she’s truly the highlight of this property. The hotel was good, but her service made the experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be back thanks to her.

I always visit this area for business and stay here all the time. They have very nice breakfast options to order of the menu. Staffs are quick and responsive. Rooms are clean and efficient.

This is my 4th time staying at this location, and I must say, each time is blissful. A special thanks to the Front Desk team, especially Melissa! She’s always patient, cheerful, and accommodating. Thank you Hilton for being my go-to!

Great hotel and super friendly staff! Also recommended an awesome restaurant to check out as well when I was there (Horatio’s)! Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area. :)

Hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Breakfast quality is so good. Waitress and chef takes care. My daughter and i stay here for last 10 months. Each time staffs takw care of our stay.There is close proximty to restaurants and shops close by

This trip was almost flawless. I enjoy the experience I have here. This is my 7 rotation and they try and give me the same room each time. Every single front desk ambassador takes very good care of me. I enjoy Donique's energy every morning when I go to work. Ty!
