Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

I was not able to order food. At first, the webpage with the menu wouldn't load. When it finally did, I called several times to place an order and was sent to a full voicemail box. There were a couple of salads left for purchase downstairs. It would have been nice to know if the kitchen was unavailable so I could have planned accordingly.

Beds are firm but comfortable, the water pressure is strong, and the air conditioning actually works (a rarity in some hotels). Check-in and check-out are smooth, parking is straightforward, and the lobby always feels clean and inviting. The breakfast setup is worth mentioning — not your typical “continental” spread. You get freshly cooked options, decent coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere to start the day. If I had to nitpick, prices can fluctuate a bit depending on the season, and the on-site restaurant could offer a few more evening choices. But overall, Hilton Garden Inn continues to be a dependable choice for business or leisure. You get professionalism, comfort, and peace of mind — the old-fashioned virtues that never go out of style.

Nothing much negative to say only felt like it seemed hidden from being next to an interstate but wasn’t much of an issue.
