"Don't expect what you paid for!"

Nothing, they did not provide the room I reserved and the room they tried to get us to stay in was not a handicap accessible room. Did not feel like we could safely use the bathroom facilities without having issues. Asked for another room that was ADA handicap and nothing was provided or available. Asked for refund and now we are having to struggle to get any satisfaction. Will not stay here ever again and not impressed with thier company.

"Old but clean"

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was the normal breakfast.

This hotel is old. Very clean but old. I wouldn't want to stay more than a night. If I had to stay in Pineville again I think I would choose the Holiday Inn down the street.

In this case, the initial experience at check-in was less than satisfactory, with the guest service representative informing me that my room would not be available until 3 PM due to cleaning delays. While waiting, I observed that another guest was able to check in without issue. This situation raised questions about the efficiency of the hotel’s operations and highlighted the importance of clear communication and transparency with guests. When I interacted with the hotel manager, Rebecca, I aimed to maintain a spirit of grace-filled communication. After providing my cash deposit, I hoped for immediate acknowledgment through a receipt, which is a standard expectation in such transactions. However, my experience was marred by a lack of attentiveness, and when I entered my designated room, I encountered another layer of concern. The area was cluttered with construction materials, including a rug that posed a tripping hazard and buckets of paint in the aisle. Additionally, the workers were using language that was inappropriate and uncomfortable for me as a Christian woman.
