Gave me the wrong room I was needing a hadicap room this was the worse Traveled all day to get to this After a while ibwas tired a took anything cause everthing had to be switched and changed around From being charged the other ladys room and giving soming else roo not what I booked for They could have at least offered money off my room or some kind of discount or frwe room night for there mess up All I got was an apology I was in town for a funeral as well so this was the worst I always stay at the best western in Alexandria its my home town Its not the best best but at least the breakfast is the BEST!!! it's like a buffet and really cleanly the beda are way more comfortable as well and the rooms are very clean so is your blankets towels
