Good location, clean, provide water.

Terrible staff and when you ask them something about 5 people start speaking Chinese and then they walk around doing smth completely unrelated and in 10 mins you finally get a response (even true to the small bakery that was at the hotel), could barely speak English, do not provide adaptors,

Great quality furniture, spacious room, jacuzzi in room, swimming pool, sauna... Kind people at the desk all the time, ready to help to solve everything, even if interacting in English had sometimes challanges, the staff was always ready to call a collegue and sort out everything. The room was clean, all the hotel too. Good breakfasf with all kinds of food.

People that talk English at the front desk would be nice; but every time they took max a few minutes to have someone there so I never felt frustrated about this. Also, the staff is so so well educated and nice, always.
