Initial advert stated they had an airport transfer. But turns out they just arrange taxis so no direct link to the airport. No English speaking channel n the TV. Had to pay deposit which again not covered on Bookibg.com site and it had to be cash as could not put it on CC used to book the hotel reservation. (although that might have been a translation issue at the check in desk)

Staffs are all very polite and helpful. And if you could WaiMai service (like UBER) the robot carry your food to in front of your room, this must be very fresh experience.

Around shower room it stunk like smell of mold. Also, Wi-Fi usage was disgusting, because you can use Wi-Fi only you switch on the TV and every time Wi-Fi connection name and password is changed.

Wi-Fi connection is very difficult for foreigners, because they require cell phone number in China however we don’t have. It’s disgusting, for next trip I’ll use other hotel due to this problem.

The staff was helpful and solved my problem. Thank you very much to them.
