Air China Boyue Beijing Hotel

Hotel is bit out dated furnishing and actually didn't know how convenient cos meeting just the next building. Rate is quite high but not including breakfast.

NOT ANYTHNG BAD BUT STILL FEEL EXP LOOKING BIT OLD WITH OLD FURNITURE

WE CHECK IN VERY LATE NIOGHT SO THEY GIVE US ROOM WITHOUT WINDOW I DONT WHY WHEN I COMPLAIN THEY SAID OVERBOOKED ?? NEXT DAY WE CHANGE ROOM BUT STILL ITS NOT WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT IN USD 225

Great western hotel at a very good price. Breakfast is good. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We were not sure about our stay in Beijing, but were told by the office that the Renaissance Beijing Chaoyang Hotel was the best bet. We got the Club level and now know we made the best choice! The staff treated us better than family - when we commented that the bed was too hard, within 5 minutes they had a mattress topper that made sleeping so wonderful. Breakfast every morning was given to us with a smile - the BEST coffee and eggs served personally at our table. Cheese, fresh fruit and bread, as well as spirits in the evening with snacks and desserts. Really cut down the cost of our stay by eating for free at the club level. Daisy, who served us in the morning at the Club, really was the highlight of our stay - she was always ready to print us maps to the best places to shop which would not charge too much, Clarence - the restaurant manager even picked up our bags to help us to the door from the Club and gave us a hug before we left. If we are ever able to make it back to Beijing, we would not hesitate to stay again at this wonderful hotel!

The staff was wonderful. We upgraded to club level which was fantastic, our own lounge , breakfast, snacks and drinks all day and happy hour in the evening(food and beverages) Fitness center was nice and pool was lovely. The rooms were nice. The location was good, easy access to subway and many restaurants, parks etc.

Stayed there for two days while Xmas visting a friend nearby. The hotel looked like years of ages telling from the facilities. But the room was still fine with me, spacious, big bed and TV. The staff there were very nice. Every time I showed up in the lobby, they alway could recoganize me and greet me with smile. Believe me, the smile enlightened the tiring day.

Great hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel has a beautiful pool and exercise facility. Lobby is nice as well. Deluxe room was okay but there was mold near the air conditioner. After this was pointed out, I would expect to have my room switched. However, instead the cleaner just wiped the mold around a bit and then left it like that. The room still had a moldy smell that was unpleasant.
