Hotel RH Arena

Pictures of the hotel and facilities are incredibly misleading. In no way is this a 4 star hotel.

Hotel, staff and room all acceptable but we felt that the food was of low quality and often cold. Chips every night, no vegetables other than on 2 occasions frozen peas with chopped ham in. Breakfasts ok but the same every morning for the week, only one meat, cheese and boiled egg or fried egg with uncooked, pink Spanish bacon and churros. No, omlettes, poached or scrambled eggs, gets very boring after a few days hence we found the Barracuda restaurant in the port which was excellent so ate there some evenings. The hotel was in a good location and we went to the little bar next door most evenings as no entertainment in the hotel other than someone playing records. No comparison to the Admiral Hotel in Roquetas de Mar last year for the same price

Bien como siempre

He estado en hoteles de tres estrellas con servicios de más calidad. En el desayuno, el zumo de naranja además de no ser natural, era muy, muy malo, ni siquiera había jamón serrano. Del wifi mejor no hablar, nada y wifi, es lo mismo. Las habitaciones hay que reconocer que son amplias y las camas, cómodas, pero ya esta. Cualquier hotel de la cadena NH, es mejor.

My family and I stayed three nights for the end of the year and I can't say that I was impressed. Spa area is really nice, staff at reception and restaurant were professional and friendly. Food was awful! bad choices and bad quality for dinner! There is no excuse for a four star hotel to serve such a bad quality food! There was people waiting to be served and also food was tasteless! I can't recommend anyone to eat in this hotel. Rooms very spacious, by changing curtains and sheets the room will look much more modern.

Het viel ons tegen. Spa buiten dient eens gerenoveerd te worden , baden zijn stuk en erg beschimmelt, was vies om in het water te gaan zo. Personeel niet echt vriendelijk vooral bij de receptie erg bot en kort af. Beden waren erg hard en gammel en in badkamer mochten ook eens vernieuwen ook wat beschimmelt en tegeltjes stuk. positief : ontbijt was goed, veel keus alleen ruimte was wat killig. Hotel lag kortbij een boullevaard en was gezellig vertoeven daar. Dus geen 4 sterren waard.

This hotel was fantastic, so close to the beach lovely area, hotel and pool very clean and well kept, lovely staff, delicious food, great for kids, all in all and lovely family holiday. Thanks hotel principal

Hotel placed in center of Gandia Beach, veri closed to biggest avenue, close to teh beach (150mts), with access to city Bus just in front of the hotel. Very clean, and confortable. Considering a beach hotel we find everything we need for a nice stay. Good breakfast, available until 10:30hrs. We selected half board, dinner, and food was diverse and quite ok. Stuff very efficient, specially bacuse meals room is not very big. May be a problem in peak season. Price /Quality - good value choice selection.

El hotel estaba bastante bien y el servicio muy amable , lo único que las habitaciones son un poco antiguas.
