Hotel RH Arena

I stayed at Hotel Principal during a conference only because it was the overflow option for Hotel Bayren Spa. The ways that Principal didn't measure up are many. I only visited the dining hall once. The food was old and over cooked served in a buffet style. The warmers accentuated the poor quality. The bread was stale. The next morning, I bought a café con leche from the hotel bar. It was without a doubt the worst coffee I've had from a machine in 2+ years of living in Spain. Undrinkable. The room was fine but certainly very out of date. The chairs were small and stained. The bedside lamps had the highest level wattage bulbs available which illuminated the entire room and was a harsh sight when only a little light was desired. There were only two accessible power outlets in the sleeping area including zero at the desk. I also observed a lack of patience at the desk with non-Spanish/Valencian speakers. Maybe it sounds stuck-up to say, but a hotel really should offer basic English for foreign travelers in a heavily tourist area. If my review here is like others I've seen, the response from the management will be in Spanish, thus proving my point. The only thing good I can say is that the price in the off season was so affordable that I didn't mind eating elsewhere.

Stayed at Hotel for 3 nights on half-board basis and will stay again in the future. The Hotel was easy to find and very close to beautiful beach, shops and bars. It was spotless throughout and the staff were friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant was of a good standard. Excellent value for money.

Fue agradable pues al ser mayo no estaba saturado, en temporada alta puede haber problemas, sobre todo con los ascensores. Lo peor es el abandono del Spa y Piscina termal, necesitan una renovación. La comida bien para ser Mediterráneo.

Outstanding room, views, cleanliness, staff, proximity to everything, restaurants, etc. No issues.

considerato il prezzo è un'ottima soluzione (WiFi incluso, buona doccia, ristoranti vicini alternativi x chi non vuole stare in hotel, consigliatimi dall'hotel stesso)

Bien pero deben arreglar la zona del spa, da sensación de suciedad

El hotel esta bien en general, se esta quedando algo viejo para mi gusto pero por lo demas bien exceptuando la comida al que le guste la ensalada perfecto peroo a los que no nos gusta. . . a penas dos o tres platos y ademas "raros" me he pasado 6 dias comiendo pasta dios gracias que no cogimos pension completa. eso si el desayunoo una pasada! habia de todo mucha variedad. La verdad, si lo recomendaria pero con alojamiento y desayuno. la habitacion muy limpia y los trabajadores muy atentos.

HEMOS ESTADO AGUSTO, LA HABITACIÓN ERA GRANDE Y COMPLETA, NO LE FALTABA DETALLE. EL HOTEL TIENE MUCHAS INSTALACIONES COMO SPA, PISCINA AL AIRE LIBRE, CUBIERTA ETC PERO TODO MUY CONCENTRADO EN POCO ESPACIO Y SOLO DOS ASCENSORES Y PARA LA CANTIDAD DE GENTE QUE HAY ALLI METIDA ENTRE HUESPEDES Y CELEBRACION DE BODAS PUES A VECES RESULTA AGOBIANTE. LA LIMPIEZA SE PUDE MEJORAR AL IGUAL Q LA ATENCION POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL DE RTE. Q SON UN POCO SECOS. TAMBIEN EL BUFFET LIBRE ES POCO VARIADO AUNQ LO Q HAY ESTA BIEN PERO SOTA CABALLO Y REY...
