Hampton Inn St Louis- at the Arch

The property was around everything! It was definitely a great location!

It was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was very small, even though the staff said it was one of the biggest ones. The hotel is outdated and has a strange smell. The parking garage, at a cost of $30 per car, was the worst part of our experience. It was extremely tiny and hard to drive in and access a parking space. We had a small luggage case on top of our car, we had to completely unload it and put it inside the car to get in the garage. When leaving we had to carry everything downstairs and outside of the parking garage to reattach and load the carrier. The worst part of that was the size of the parking garage was not mentioned on the website or by the front desk.

expected a view of the arch a I booked very early and convenient but was located on the back side of the hotel - didn't feel like I was given any consideration by the hotel for my early booking - thanks a lot!

Pesimo lugar pésima atención al cliente

Walkable to the arch. We left a duffle bag with shoes behind during our stay and Jacob was kind enough to have them shipped to our home. Staff was excellent!

Everything was just fine…great location to walk to stadium

Bathroom door was misaligned so hard to close and cleaning lady entered room with introducing or knocking on door first.

We liked the breakfast and how close it was to the stadium and the arch.

It was very hard to get in and out of the parking lot. There was construction there that added to the difficulty.

Less expensive then some of the closer downtown locations and hotels. Parking is similar cost to other hotels but I like the garage better to other locations. The elevator and setup seems slightly better and the sides are open to let some air in and does not smell like hot garbage. The staff there was always pleasant and helpful from our encounters.

Over all just a little rough around the edges everywhere. Nice but alot of things are worn out and dated. Busy game day breakfast ran out of some things and started closing down 20 minutes prior to stated breakfast end time. There was still ALOT of people in line and down in the area. Wife was not happy soo…. You know ;(
