The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

Wir waren ein paar Tage im Palladium, weil wir wegen dem Brand des Flughafen Catania, von Palermo fliegen mussten. Da haben wir etwas schönes für die Tage gesucht und hatten sehr viel Glück hier zu "landen" Es waren tolle Tage und alles war sehr gut organsiert, Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise waren alle Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Die Angebote in den Restaurants waren sehr gross, aber leider konnten wir diese nicht nutzen. Die Buchung muss über ein APP gemacht werden, aber da war immer alles ausgebucht. Schade das es da keine andere Lösung gibt. Das Buffet war aber ein sehr gute Ergänzung und sehr reichlich ausgestattet. Alles in allem, kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen. PS: Wir haben den Signature Level gebucht, was sich aus meiner Sicht, sehr lohnt!

Staff, entertainment, food, drinks, and swimming pools.

Lack of fans and good air conditioning. Would like more food options. Spa was underwhelming.

Everything was excellent - from the room, pools, restaurants and entertainment to staff who were always so approachable and friendly.

It was quiet, beautiful and the staff was very helpful

The dining choices were unfortunately very limited, they have three main ala carte restaurants at night but they rotate what is open- so the capacity of guests is too much for the dining options. Buffet dining gets a bit tiresome three meals a day and we were not able to try the Asian restaurant- that and they hosted a wedding party at one of the two available restaurants so no normal guest was able to dine. The spa was also very anti-climactic- there were not separate facilities for men and women and the treatments were very expensive and not professional.

Loved our visit! The food was brilliant, wide choice of restaurants on site and the signature level gives you an exclusive pool and bars. Only thing is to book well in advance for the Al-a Carte restaurants as they book up fast. It’s no extra cost for signature level guests. The thai restaurant was great. Would go back to stay no problem.

Great expansive territory with good facilities. Staff was amazing, especially guys who works in the beach bar : Gabriele Fumoso, Antonio, Lorenzo. They were friendly, professional and helpful! Great guys!

Restaurants booking system is not great. More restaurant capacity might be needed to enable people to get their desired bookings
