"It was ok"

The beds were comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice.

It could definitely use an upgrade, carpets paint all that stuff. Sunday morning lady was rude to other guests. They do not refill breakfast after 8am even with a dining room full of people who hadn't eaten.

Fabulous breakfast!!!

We had to use an elevator to get to our room. The electricity blinked off for a few minutes on Thursday morning and left me questioning the safety of the elevator.

My room was super filthy hair everywhere. And bathroom door didnt even lock i have pictures my room was disgusting room 226 I wouldn't even shower because hairs on wall

The picture that is posted online is not accurate of the outside of the building! It doesn't look like that at all, and almost thought I was in wrong place! The rooms are dated, and after having to switch rooms, due to the first one being not ready, the room was fine, and we were only booked stay the one night! The 2 ladies, that were the front desk staff (one in evening ,one in morning) were very nice, and friendly!!!

Place needs a remodel. Cracked tiles, bathroom door patched up, breakfast not so good. There’s an odor to the place and it’s in the linens as well. Fairly clean. A/C is noisy. Best part is the staff who are very friendly.

My credit card was declined, but when I called the credit card company, they said the charge never showed up. I wound up going to a different hotel and using the same card, got right in. The clerk received a few reports while I was trying to check in about unclean rooms, and they left the hotel. You might want to keep closer tabs on this hotel.
