El hotel es una belleza y está impecablemente mantenido Los jardines hermosos, la alberca deliciosa y gigante El restaurante muy rico y muy buen servicio

Las almohadas no so muy cómodas no tienen aire acondicionado aunque sí ventilador de techo y de pie La habitación no tenía ventana como tal si no una con vidrios esmerilados sin osquitero por lo que no pudimos abrirla para refrescar la habitación

Había un DJ privado poniendo música muy alta con gente tomando y no se podía estar tranquilo en la zona de la alberca. Fue muy molesto. Pese a que puse varias reclamaciones, la música continuó e incluso extendieron 1 hora más de lo que inicialmente nos comentaron las persona del servicio del hotel.

Best stay I had during my trip in Mexico. Beautiful setting. Amazing place for the ones who are sensitive in staying in a historically rich place. It's a hotel and a museum at the same time that you can explore on your own. Room itself is large, quiet and comfortable. Large bed, good mattress. Shower is perfect (good pressure and temperature). Amenities are numerous: beautiful pool, bowling, pool table, foosball, restaurant on site, tennis, large gardens, horseriding... Staff is friendly and they take a very good care of the place. The place is a destination in itself, you can just stay there and relax.

A bit hot in the room, no AC but several fans are provided. Best to go there when it's not too hot.
