Heron House Court - Adult Only

We were charged a $50 ish resort fee for no resort amenities. We left at 8:10am on our last morning as there was no sign of employees and breakfast was supposed to start at 8am. The previous morning we took the ferry to Dry Tortugas so we didn't have breakfast that morning either so I can't speak to that amenity. Parking can be difficult, I didn't mind the 3 block walk but there's no unloading spot either so that's unfortunate. Staff isn't there after 5pm or apparently before 8:10am because we only saw 1 staff member who checked us in around 4:30pm. They did have a fruit bowl out early evening one night so we grabbed an apple and an orange and they also had water with watermelon in it in the lobby. The pool was dirty so we didn't use it. We did get "upgraded" to a king on the first floor but it didn't have a balcony or French doors. The room was clean, bed was very firm, and sheets were scratchy. It was fine though as the price was much less than the other places we were looking at and it is close to the ferry terminal.

We just stayed at Blue Heron Court and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep every night. Roman, who runs the property, was fantastic—so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality made a great impression and added a personal touch that really set this place apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Blue Heron Court to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and well-hosted place to unwind. We can’t wait to come back!
